可调引射混合式低压加热器的性能试验 |

摘要:
可调引射混合式低压加热器增加进口水的调节装置,可以有效地调节不同工况下的引射参数,对于提高引射器效率具有重要作用。试验对不同引射蒸气压力下的引射性能和加热性能进行研究。在工作流体定压(0.3 MPa)、引射蒸汽压力ps=0.10~0.20 MPa条件下,当ps为0.10 MPa时,面积比m从7.34~11.70可调,引射蒸汽质量(Qs)变化为59~50kg/h;当ps为0.20 MPa时,m从3.4~11.70可调,Qs变化为83~56 kg/h。以上条件均能使加热器出口水温高于104 ℃。结果表明可调引射混合式低压加热器可在很大的范围内调节来满足变工况要求,可以在热力发电厂的低压加热系统中应用。 |

Experiment on Performance of Adjustable Ejecting-mixing Low-pressure Heater |

Abstract:
Device to adjust the amount of inlet water was increased to the adjustable ejecting-mixing low-pressure heater, it can effectively adjust the injecting parameters in different conditions, it plays a very important part in improving injecting efficiency. Experimental research was carried out on the heating performance and ejecting performance of adjustable ejecting-mixing low-pressure heater under the condition of constant working fluid pressure(0.3 MPa) and ejecting steam pressure(ps=0.10~0.20 MPa). When ps was 0.10 MPa, area ratios m could change from 7.34 to 11.70, and the mass of ejecting steam(Qs)could change from 59 to 50 kg/h; When ps was 0.20 MPa, m could change from 3.40 to 11.70, and Qs could change from 83 to 56 kg/h, the outlet hydraulic temperature of the heater could exceed 104 ℃. Results show that the adjustable ejecting-mixing low-pressure heater can be adjusted in a wide range to satisfy the needs of varying duty. It is expected to be applied in the low-pressure mixing heater in thermal power plant. |
