单双级引射混合式低压加热器特性实验研究

摘要: 通过实验研究比较了单级引射和双级引射混合式低压加热器的加热特性,结果表明在0.28 MPa进汽压力下,双级引射和单级引射相比,引射系数提高了120%;单级引射的出口水温随进口水温的升高变化较为明显,但整体出口水温较低,仍达不到要求;双级引射的出口水温随进口水温的升高几乎没有变化,但出口水温较高,均在100 ℃以上,可以满足电厂低压加热器大气除氧的要求。双级引射器在综合性能上比单级引射器要好,因而对加热温度要求较高的情况,可以采用双级引射。

Experimental Research on Performance of Jetting-mixing Low Pressure Heater of Single-stage and Double-stage Injector

Abstract: The performance of single-stage and double- stage was studied experimentally when the inlet steam pressure was 0.2MPa.The experimental results show that comparing with the single-stage ejector,the jet coefficient of the double-stage ejector increased by 120%. Single-stage ejector with the increased temperature of inlet water is more obvious ,but the lower temperature of outlet water can’t meet the requirements.however, double-stage ejector with the increased temperature of inlet water is almost unchanged,but the temperature of outlet water is more than 100 ℃ and can meet the requirements of removing oxygen in L.P.heater of the power plant.both of single-stage and double-stage ejector Can run stably and reliably and the temperature of outlet water is lifted obviously in low inlet steam pressure.Double-stage ejector in the comprehensive performance is better than single-stage ejector, therefore, when requiring a higher heating temperature, double-stage ejector can be used.
