摘要:
通过分析交流传动互馈实验系统的工作特点,采用联合控制策略实现互馈双电机的高性能控制。为避免传感器安装带来的问题,提出一种新型的联合状态估计方法实现双电机转速、转矩和磁链的同时估计。在感应电机降阶模型的基础上引入运动和转矩方程,得到输出方程为一阶状态延迟的四阶模型。在强跟踪滤波算法和延迟扩展卡尔曼滤波算法的基础上,提出适用于上述模型的强跟踪延迟滤波算法,从而建立互馈双电机联合状态估计算法。通过各种工况下的交流传动实验对其进行验证,实验结果表明,该方法能有效估计互馈系统在各种工况下运行时的电机状态,同时在极低速和零速时具有理想的估计精度和跟踪速度,且计算复杂度适中,适用于互馈系统电机状态的在线联合估计。 |

Combined States Estimation of Twin IMs Reciprocal Power-fed System Based on Strong Track Schmidt Filter |

Abstract:
By analyzing the operation features of the reciprocal power-fed AC drive test system, a combined control strategy is implemented to realize high performance control of twin motors. To avoid the problems brought by the sensors installation, a novel combined states estimation method is proposed, which can estimate the rotation speed, load torque and rotor flux of the two motors simultaneously. The motion and torque equations are introduced into the reduced-order model of induction motor, and a fourth-order model is obtained with first-order state time-delay of output equation. Based on this model and by using strong track filter (STF) and schmidt extended Kalman filter (SEKF) algorithms, a strong track schmidt filter (STSF) is proposed. The combined states estimation algorithm of twin motors is then outlined. Experiments of AC drive under different working conditions are implemented to evaluate the proposed algorithm. The results illustrate that the method can estimate the states of twin motors effectively. Especially, the estimation precision and tracking speed of the algorithm at very low and zero speed is also satisfactory. It has low computational complexity, and is suitable for the combined states estimation of twin motors on-line. |
