利用状态量信息的集合保护规范化判据研究 |

摘要：
现有保护受"本地信息域限制"越来越难以满足电力工业发展的要求。集合保护是以有限广域信息为基础，利用与某保护相关的其它保护和断路器的信息来提高该保护性能的保护方案。该文讨论了集合保护的概念，有限信息域与作用域的确定方法，提出了基于开关量信息的集合保护原理，以及实现以下功能的统一判据：加速后备保护动作，即使一侧保护失效也能快速切除故障；断路器失灵时缩短远后备保护故障切除时间和切除范围；识别线路故障与转移过负荷，并与控制系统一起提前解除过负荷保护动作防止电网状态进一步恶化。分析了集合保护统一判据的应用特点与约束。 |

Study on Normative Criterion for Aggregate Protection Based on Digital Information |

Abstract:
Existing protective relaying is becoming more difficult to satisfy the need of power industry because of locally limited information. Aggregate protection is based on limited wide-area information. Informations of other protections and circuit breakers related to a certain protection is used to improve the protection's performance. The concept of aggregate protection and the method for determining limited wide-area of information and activated areas were discussed, principle and normative criterion of aggregate protection based on information of open-close status were presented. Utilization of these criterion can implement following functions: accelerating the operation of backup protection, even if one existing protection become invalid; shortening the operation time and area of remote back-up protection to clear the fault when circuit breaker is failure to operation; distinguishing overload from faults and ahead relieving the overload situation in company with control system. Application characteristic of all normative criterions were analyzed. |
