n阶谐振开关电容变换器潜电路图论分析法 |

摘要:
介绍了谐振开关电容变换器中普遍存在的潜电路现象,然后针对n阶谐振开关电容变换器结构复杂、难于直接找到潜电路路径等问题,提出利用图论分析潜电路路径的方法。该方法将n阶谐振开关电容变换器的拓扑简化为有向图,根据连接矩阵算法计算节点间的所有通路,并通过增加虚拟节点实现回路路径的计算,再根据路径判据剔除虚假路径,从而区分正常路径和潜电路路径。最后,文中以降压式开关电容变换器为例,用实验验证了该方法的可行性。 |

Graph Theory Analysis Method for Sneak Circuit in n-stage Resonant Switched Capacitor Converters |

Abstract:
Firstly, the sneak circuit phenomena in resonant switched capacitor (RSC) converters are introduced. Because of the complexity of the n-stage RSC converters, the sneak circuit paths are difficult to find out directly. To solve this problem, graph theory is used to analyze the sneak circuit paths. Firstly, the n-stage RSC converter is simplified into directed graph. Then connection matrix algorithm is used to find out all of the possible paths, and a pseudo-node is added to realize the calculation of circuit loops. Next, path criterions are proposed to eliminate the false paths, conventional and sneak circuit paths are identified accordingly. At last, the validity of the proposed analysis method has been confirmed experimentally in the step-down RSC converters. |
