|
多孔横向紊动射流涡量场的数值分析 |

摘要:
应用realizable k-ε紊流模型并结合SIMPLEC算法,分别对单圆孔、双圆孔和四个圆孔的涡量场进行了数值模拟,近壁区流动的处理采用两层模型的壁面函数法,计算得出了不同工况下的剪切层涡、马蹄形涡和反向涡旋对(CVP)。结果表明:在多孔射流中,由于前面射流的遮挡作用,使得后面射流剪切层涡发生的位置升高;在多孔射流中,当多股射流合并为一股新的射流之后,才出现马蹄形涡的雏形,并最终发展成为马蹄形涡;剪切层涡的破裂导致CVP的形成,马蹄形涡和尾迹涡都影响CVP的发展。当多股射流合并为一个新的射流之后,CVP的形状才逐渐发生变化并趋于规则。

Numerical Investigation on the Vortices of Multiple Turbulent Jet in Crossflow |

Abstract:
By using the realizable k-ε turbulence model and the SIMPLEC algorithm, numerical simulation was performed to investigate the vortices fields for the single, double and four round holes. The modified wall function method, two-layer model, was adopted to simulate the flow in the near-wall region and the outer core flow. The shear-layer vortices, the horseshoe vortices and the counter-rotating vortex pair(CVP) in different conditions were gotten. The results show that in the multiple jets, with sheltering from the former jet, the locations of the shear-layer vortices go up. The horseshoe vortices become appearing until the multiple jets merging into a new jet. As the shear-layer vortices break, the CVP forms. All the horseshoe vortices and wake vortices affect the developing of the CVP. After the multiple jets merging into a new jet, the shape of the CVP changes gradually and tends to be regular.
