|
大型循环流化床锅炉的开发研制 |

摘要:
对大型循环流化床(CFB)锅炉的技术开发与研制工作进行了全面总结。自主研制的100MW CFB锅炉具有良好的运行性能。200MW以上容量CFB锅炉大型化的关键是外置换热器的研究和开发。西安热工研究院建立了世界上最大的CFB热态试验台,开发了紧凑式分流回灰换热器专利技术,并在该基础上提出了"复合炉型"的设计思想和炉型方案。据该技术开发研制的210MW CFB锅炉已在江西分宜发电厂成功投入运行, 330MW CFB锅炉示范工程正在实施阶段。文中还对600MW 超临界CFB锅炉的关键技术进行了分析研究。

Research and Development of Large CFB boilers in China |

Abstract:
Research and development of large CFB boilers with full domestic intellectual property was summarized. The first domestically designed 100MW CFB boiler has been proved its good performance. The key to develop 200 MW and larger CFB boilers is the design of external heat exchanger (EHE). Thermal Power Research Institute has built the world's biggest CFB hot test facility and developed a patent technology for EHE, compact ash-flow splitting and heat exchanger (CHE), and furthermore developed a new design concept called 'combined boiler arrangement'. A 210 MW CFB boiler designed based on these technologies has been put into operation and a 330 MW CFB boiler demonstration project is now being performed in Fenyi Power Plant , Jiangxi Province. The key technologies for 600MW supercritical CFB boiler are also discussed.
