双绕组高速异步发电机控制绕组电流和定子频率的确定 |

摘要:
通过电磁场有限元分析方法,计算了实心鼠笼转子双绕组异步发电机不同负载下恒压运行时控制绕组电流和定子频率。根据异步发电机十二相功率绕组和三相控制绕组各自电势、电流相位关系以及两绕组间的空间相对位置,确定了各相量的相位角和除控制绕组电流外其它相量的有效值。由ANSYS中的二维谐波场求出了功率绕组每相感应电势,相电势计算值与给定值一致作为优化目标函数,控制绕组电流有效值与转差频率作为变量,通过直接搜索方法迭代得到变量最终值。控制绕组电流和发电机运行转差率的计算结果与实验结果较为一致,证明了分析方法的正确性。 |

Determination of Control Winding Current and Stator Frequency for Dual Stator-winding High-speed Induction Generator |

Abstract:
The control winding currents and the stator frequencies under different loads of an induction generator with the cage-solid rotor and the dual stator-winding are calculated by the electromagnetic field finite element method. Based on the relationship between EMF phase angles and current phase angles, and considering the spatial arrangement of 12-phase power winding and 3-phase control winding for the generator, the phase angles and effective values of all phasors other than the effective value of control winding current are determined. By means of ANSYS, a two-dimensional time-harmonic analysis is carried out to get the phase EMF of the power winding. With the equation that the phase EMF is equal to a given value selected as the optimization objective function, and the current of control winding and slip frequency as variables, a direct search method is employed to obtain the results of these variables by iteration process. The calculated values for the control winding current and the operating slip of the induction generator are in agreement with the experimental values, which verifies the correctness of the presented method. |
