摘要：
提出一种基于相空间重构技术(RPS)的逆变器故障诊断方法，适用于永磁同步电机(PMSM)直接转矩控制(DTC)系统中最常见的三种逆变器故障：单个功率开关短路、开路与一相桥臂开路故障的诊断。采用相空间重构理论，通过合理设计参数，仅需分析逆变器正常与不同故障状态下一相电流的轨迹特征，便可得到表征系统故障特征的不同形状、直观的轨迹图形。再通过采用一种聚类验证准则确定出模糊C均值算法中的合适聚类数，基于此准则设计了一个模糊C均值聚类算法。最后通过对PMSM DTC系统逆变器不同运行状态下的重构电流轨迹及其模糊C均值聚类测试结果，说明了所提出方法对逆变器故障诊断的有效性。

Inverter Faults Diagnosis in PMSM DTC Drive Using Reconstructive Phase Space and Fuzzy Clustering |

Abstract:
This paper proposes a reconstructive phase space (RPS) based inverter fault diagnostic method for the frequently happed single switch short- / open circuit and one phase open-circuit faults in a standard voltage source inverter fed permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) direct torque control (DTC) drive. By optimized parameter design, a RPS method can be used to deal with only a single phase current trajectory under both normal and faulty inverter conditions, totally different and intuitive reconstructed current trajectories are obtained, which inherit the essential features of the PMSM DTC drive system under different operation conditions. Moreover, a clustering testing rule is used to predict the suitable cluster for a modified fuzzy c-mean (FCM) clustering algorithm. Finally, the designed FCM clustering algorithm is used to analyze the reconstructed current trajectory. The test results verify the validity of the proposed RPS and fuzzy clustering method.
