摘要:
由于风能的随机性及气动效应的影响,变速恒频风力发电系统具有强非线性,难于实现高精度控制,输出电能质量较差。为了改善系统在恒功率输出运行区域内的动态性能,该文在分析变速恒频风力发电系统变桨距控制研究现状的基础上,基于自抗扰控制理论设计风力发电系统变桨距控制器。建立了风机及变桨距机构模型,以转速为量侧输入设计扩张状态观测器,观测系统状态及风速扰动,利用前馈环节予以补偿;同时,根据状态偏差配置非线性结构,抑制转速偏差。在随机风、阶跃风及阵风作用下对设计的自抗扰控制器进行数字仿真,结果表明基于自抗扰控制理论的变桨距控制器具有良好的动态性能及对风速扰动的鲁捧性,能够有效改善变风力发电系统桨距控制效果,工程实用价值较高。

Pitch Control of Variable Speed Constant Frequency Wind Turbines Based on Active-disturbance-rejection Controller |

Abstract:
The wind turbine is a highly nonlinear system. This paper discusses the control concept of variable speed constant frequency (VSCF) wind turbines and their performances above rated wind speed. Then a new pitch controller based on active-disturbance-rejection control theory is proposed to improve the power-output quality of variable speed constant frequency wind turbines. Based on the feedback of rotational speeds, extended-state observers can obtain the disturbances as well as estimated states, which can be precisely cancelled subsequently. Also, this new pitch controller forms nonlinear algorithms to restrain state errors, which leads to the rotational speed ripple reduction. Besides, this paper carries out simulation of the controller under different wind speeds. The result shows that the controller produces good dynamic performance, good robustness and adaptability.
