摘要:
利用热天平试验测试数据,采用Coats-Redfern积分方法求解无烟煤和烟煤不同比例混煤的热解动力学参数。在整个活泼热解阶段,无烟煤和烟煤的活化能与其热解反应性的对应关系发生了歧变,无烟煤具有较低的活化能,而烟煤具有较高的活化能。煤的热解机制在不同的反应阶段是变化的,通过热分析手段所得的动力学参数反映的是整个热解区域的平均值。对混煤热解进行分段拟合处理的结果表明,混煤在低温段热解机制为一维扩散模型;中、高温度段热解机制为3级化学反应模型。研究结果表明不能仅从活化能数据判断无烟煤和烟煤混煤热解反应性的高低。 |

Research on the Pyrolysis Kinetics of Blended Coals |

Abstract:
Coats-Redfern integral method was used to obtain the kinetics of the complex devolatilisation process. Anthracite and bituminous-coal and their binary blends were devolatilised at low heating rate in a thermo-gravimetric analyzer. At the whole active pyrolysis stage, anthracite has a lower apparent active energy than bituminous-coal, which was variance with pyrolysis reactivity. The pyrolysis mechanism is varied in different stage; the kinetic parameter is the average value. By subsection analysis, the one-way transport diffusion model was adapted to lower temperature range and the third order chemical reaction model was adapt to higher temperature range. The result reveals that the apparent active energy can not judge the pyrolysis reactivity of binary blends by itself. |
